Classes
We offer classes for every age and fitness level. Evening adult classes are two hours and individuals can arrive or leave at anytime - you don't have a specific start time! Membership are welcome to attend all age appropriate classes!
Boxing - Train Like a Fighter
Our boxing classes challenge your mind and body and encompass all experience levels – from beginner to advanced – we got you covered. Classes are structured not only to provide members with an exceptional workout but to create feelings of empowerment, improved confidence and self-esteem. We cover fundamentals including proper punches and footwork so you gain the best workout and prevent injury. Boxing classes are offered for all ages – kids, teens and adults!
Strength & Conditioning
Reach your fitness goals through varied interval workouts that encompass each muscle group. Workouts are customized based on a members’ ability. Have an injury that you’re recovering from – let one of our coaches know and they’ll work with you to modify exercises as necessary. We have experience working in partnership with physical therapists as our members’ recover from injury so that workouts compliment the healing process as well.
Cardio Kickboxing
Our kickboxing class will challenge you physically and mentally allowing you to reach your fitness goals while having fun. Classes are customized for all skill levels and incorporate boxing fundamentals as well as traditional kickboxing and Muay Thai kicks to further challenge you.
Wrestling/Grappling
Our wrestling and grappling classes incorporate fundamentals as well as more advanced skills for those training to compete at the middle school and high school levels. Our coaching staff provides a positive, inclusive environment where individuals are encouraged to train at their own pace.
In addition to wrestling fundamentals, our adult class incorporates additional grappling and self-defense mat work.
Kids Classes
We offer kids boxing, cardio kickboxing and wrestling classes that provide a unique combination of training as well as a focus on building self-esteem and confidence, creating an extremely inclusive environment where all participants are empowered to excel at their own pace.
Sparring/Fight Team Training
Interested in training to compete? Our coaches have experience training fighters to compete in boxing, wrestling and Muay Thai. Sparring is offered to those members that have proper equipment and are interested in participating. Interested in fighting competitively?
